Returns & Exchange Policy

Making a Return



We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made in original, undamaged packaging.



If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order If you have received a damaged product or the incorrect product, we will refund the original product cost and the delivery cost. you must contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the product stating your name, reason for the return, order number and your preferred option: either refund or exchange. We'll happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.



We will contact you by email within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. If we do not receive a response within the 24 hours period of receiving the product, you shall be deemed to have waived any right that you may have had to return the item and shall thereafter have no further right to return the item or claim a refund. 


When returning items there must be no marks or any sign of wear and tear with all tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in the original box and have no sign of wear and tear. 


We do not accept for refund or exchange any item that the supplier suspects has been damaged through wear and tear. Items must be in an unused and unworn condition with all tags still attached. 





Refunds




The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.



If you are returning an item that you no longer wish to purchase then only the item cost will be refunded. We will make a refund to you within 7 days of our receipt of your email request, providing the item has been returned to us within the specified period.



If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.





Exchanges



Exchanges work in the same way as making a return (see above) except you will notify us by email that you would prefer to exchange. If there is any variance in the price of the product involved in the exchange we will advise you of the amount and how we will either refund or charge you. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense and will be charged an additional delivery charge for the new product.

Courier Collection Service 



To arrange a courier collection simply contact our Customer Services. Please ensure that goods are repackaged, the courier returns label is attached to the parcel.
